These Review Petitions have been filed to review the orders passed by this Court on 23.08.2018 in Crl.O.P.Nos.7091 and 22091 of 2017.
2.Registry has entertained certain doubts with regard to the maintainability of these review petitions and hence, the matter has been posted before this Court, under the caption “For Maintainability”.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the bar under Section 362 Cr.P.C., the present review petitions are not maintainable and hence, stand closed at SR stage itself.
