Section 10(1) in The Orissa Minimum Wages Rules, 1954
(1)A person shall be disqualified for being nominated as, and for being, a member of the Committee or the Board, as the case may be-(i)if he is declared to be of unsound mind by a competent Court; or(ii)if he is an undischarged insolvent; or(iii)if before after the commencement of the Act, he has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude.
