Section 4(1) in Tamil Nadu Handloom Worker (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Rules, 1982
(1)The application for renewal shall be sent to the competent authority with a treasury receipt for the fees for the renewal of the licence specified in rule 6 and the original licence.
