No. 16063-Legis./20.12.1993.] appeals from [Civil Judge, (Junior Division)] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1647/21.12.1993-Notification. No. 16063-Legis./20.12.1993.].
(1)Any appeal pending before a District Judge from the decree or order of a [Civil Judge (Junior Division] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1647/21.12.1993-Notification. No. 16063-Legis./20.12.1993.] may be transferred by the District Judge to any [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1647/21.12.1993-Notification. No. 16063-Legis./20.12.1993.] under his administrative control.(2)The District Judge may withdraw any appeal so transferred and either hear and dispose of it himself or transfer it to a Court under his administrative control competent to dispose of it.(3)Appeals transferred under this section shall be disposed of subject to the rules applicable to like appeals when disposed of by the District Judge.
