Section 13(1)(iii) in M.P. Samaj Ke Kamjor Vargon Ke Liye Vidhik Sahayata Tatha Vidhik Salah Niyam, 1977

(iii)the applications received under clause (i) shall be scrutinised by the District Committee with a view to ascertain the eligibility of the applicants under sub-rule (2) of Rule 10 and after such scrutiny the District Committee shall prepare final list of the applicants eligible under the said sub-rule.
