Section 21(1) in The Orissa House Rent Control Act, 1967
(1)The State Government may make [rules] [For rules under section 21 (1), see Notification No. 14156-L. E. H., dated the 16th November 1968, published in Orissa Gazette, dated the 31st January 1969, Part III, page 135.] to carry out the purposes of this Act.
