Section 15(2) in The Karnataka Regulation of Stone Crushers Act, 2011
(2)Every appeal shall be presented within thirty days from the date on which the order appealed against was communicated to the person affected:Provided that an appeal may be admitted after the said period of thirty days, if the appellant show sufficient cause that the appeal could not be presented in time.
