(11)Applicant Society/Trust shall also submit an affidavit confirming its compliance of Tobacco Control Act of Government of India "The Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003" and acceptance of following of instructions of Directorate of Public Instructions given vide Circular No. /School/E/32/2015/1583 Bhopal, dated 6-5-2015.
