Section 4(3) in Himachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions (Regulatory Commission) Act, 2010

(3)The Search Committee shall consist of the following, namely:-
(i) Chief Secretary to the Government of HimachalPradesh - Chairperson;
(ii) Principal Secretary (Technical Education) and tothe Government of Himachal Pradesh - Member;
(iii) Principal Secretary (Higher Education)Government of Himachal Pradesh - Member Secretary.
