Section 5(2) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission Chairperson and Members' Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service Rules, 2006
(2)In case, a Member does not avail of the facility of Government accommodation, he shall be entitled to get an amount of Rs. 10,000/- in lieu of such accommodation or rent.
