Section 9(viii) in Assam Ease of Doing Business Act, 2016
(viii)The competent authority shall process the application and communicate the decision regarding approval or rejection of the request alongwith comments and upload the same in the system within the prescribed time limit. Approval or rejection letter shall bear the digital signature of the competent authority. A hard copy of the approval shall be forwarded to the applicant as well as to the Chief Executive Officer ;
