(7)Where a matter has to be disposed of by the Board or a Committee and a decision cannot wait till a meeting of the Board or the appropriate Committee, as the case may be, is held, or till completion of circulation of papers, the [Executive Director] [Substituted 'Chairman' by Notification No. G.S.R. 668 (E), dated 4.7.2016 (w.e.f. 1.8.1955).] may take a decision himself and after taking decision thereon keep the members of the Board or the Committee informed of the decision so taken.
