Section 19 in The Wild Life (Protection) (Orissa) Rules, 1974
19. Forfeiture of Deposit.
(1)If the holder of the licence contravenes the provisions of Rule 17, he shall forfeit the whole or part of deposit made by him.(2)Where the Issuing Officer cancels or suspends, under Section 13 licence granted under this Chapter, he may for reasons to be recorded in writing order the forfeiture of the whole or part of the deposit made by the licensee.
