Suit No. 852 of 2014. The Appeal from order in question was disposed of vide an order dated 12 March 2020 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court directing the learned trial Judge to expedite S.C. Suit No. 852 of 2014 and dispose of the same by end of June 2021. It is submitted in the office note that on 2 March 2022, this Court granted extension upto December, 2022. Considering the letter as received from City Civil and Additional Sessions Judge, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Mumbai and the office note dated 03 January, 2023, time to dispose of S.C. Suit No. 852 of 2014 is extended for a period of three months from today. Ordered accordingly.
2. Office to intimate this order to the Registrar, City Civil Court, Mumbai to be placed before the concerned Court.
