Section 3(iii) in Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2002
(iii)Where the State Government is satisfied that Shri Vedmata Gayatri Trust, Shantikunj, Haridwar has fulfilled the conditions specified in sub-section (2), the State Government shall issue a certificate of authorisation for the establishment of the University to Shri Vedmata Gayatri Trust, Shantikunj, Haridwar.
