Section 21(3) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Reservation of Seats and Offices of Gram Panchayats, Mandal Parishads and Zilla Parishads) Rules, 2006
(3)The Commissioner shall reserve one-third of the number of offices of Chairpersons reserved for Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes and one-third of the unreserved offices for women in the State.
