Section 42(2) in Arunachal Pradesh (Horticultural Produce, Marketing and Processing) Board Act, 2014
(2)On the Horticulture produce brought in the market area for commercial transaction or for processing, the market fee shall be deposited by the buyer or processor, as the case may be. in the office of the Committee, within fourteen days but before sale or resale or processing or export outside the market area of such Horticultural produce.
