Order 23/07/2021 In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in government service for last about 17 years.
Learned counsel for the petitioner however, submits that the petitioner wants to join the investigation and shall put her case before the concerned investigating officer.
Learned Public Prosecutor assures this Court that in case the petitioner joins the investigation and submits any material, then the same shall be considered by the concerned investigating officer, strictly in accordance with law.
List the matter after eight weeks.
