1. The present application under Section 401 read with Sections 391/397/482 of the CrPC seeks following reliefs:-
"It is therefore most respectfully prayed that keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case that this Hon‟ble Court may pleased to allow this application and further send the subject cheque to FSL in question for comparison with the signatures of the Petitioner no.2 in the interest of justice. Any other Order."
