Section 1(2) in The West Bengal Non-Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1949
(2)[ It extends to the whole of West Bengal except the area to which the provisions of the Calcutta Thika Tenancy Act, 1949 apply but not excepting the area to which such provisions may have ceased or may hereafter cease to apply by virtue of any law for the time being in force.] [[Sub-section (2) first substituted by W.B.
