Section 22(h) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960
(h)Shall have power to cause the colleges to be inspected by any person or persons authorised by the Syndicate in his behalf, to consider the reports of such person or persons and to issue necessary directions to the Principals of such colleges and, where necessary, to the governing bodies or managing committee of such colleges through the Principals, and secure compliance therewith;
