113. Additional provision for removal of private member's Bill from Register of Bills.
- A private member's Bill pending before the House shall also be removed from the Register of Bills pending in the House in case -(a)the member in charge ceases to be a member of the House;(b)the member in charge is appointed a Minister.II. Bills originating in the Council and transmitted to the House
