(1)It has been measured and recorded by the Forest Officer or his duly appointed agent (as to the measurement the forest contractor and the persons so employed by him as aforesaid shall in all respect conform or to the requirement of the Forest Officer or his agent both as to the time and manner of measurement and shall afford all such reasonable assistance and facilities as the Forest Officer or such agent may require.)
