Section 8 in The Jharkhand State Agricultural University Act, 2000
8. Authority of a University.
- The following shall be the authorities of a University, namely:-(1)Board of Management,(2)Senate,(3)The Academic Council,(4)The Board of Studies of different faculties, and(5)Such other bodies of a University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of that University.
