Section 6(b) in Jharkhand Academic Council Act, 2002
(b)The Annual meeting of the Council shall be held every year generally in the month of (c) Other meeting of the Council shall be held as many times as may be required for the work but the intervening period between any two consecutive meetings shall not exceed three months.
