Section 28(d) in The Orissa Animal Contagious Diseases Act, 1949
(d)sells or otherwise traffics in, or attempts to sell or traffic in, an infective animal, or its products, or the carcass of an animal which at the time of its death was infective, in contravention of Section 11;
