Section 32(c) in The First Statutes of the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, 2013
(c)fee concession and scholarships, as may be determined by the [Institute] [Substituted 'Central Government' by Notification No. G.S.R. 507(E), dated 10.5.2016 (w.e.f. 18.6.2013).] from time to time shall be applicable to the Institute.
