(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the terms and conditions of the office of the members as required by sub- section (4) of section 3 and sub section (3) of section 6;(b)the form and manner in which notice under sub-section (1) of section 18 and sub section (2) of section 20 shall be published;(c)the manner in which notice under section 19 shall be published;(d)Any other matter which is to be or may be prescribed or in respect of which provision is to be, or may be made by rules.
