(2)The search-cum-Selection Committee, constituted by the Central Government for preparation of the panel of names for appointment to the office of the Chairperson and two whole-time Members of the Authority shall consist of-(i)Secretary, Department of Revenue;(ii)Secretary, Department of Commerce;(iii)Advisor, Planning Commission; and(iv)One Member from outside as a subject expert,
