Section 20(1) in Dr. Y.S.R. Horticultural University Act, 2007
(1)The Board may remove any person from membership of any authority or body of the University on the ground that such person have been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude or conduct not befitting the office held by the concerned member;Provided that no such order shall be made against any person without giving reasonable opportunity of being heard
