Section 28(1)(a) in Telangana Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975

(a)For the purposes of assessing the development charges, the use of land and building shall be classified under the following categories:-

(i)Industrial;

(ii)Commercial;

(iii)Residential;

(iv)Agricultural; and

(v)Miscellaneous.
