(2)In relation to the constitution, term of office and conduct of business of such committees and other cognate matters, the provisions of Section 55-A shall mutatis mutandis apply subject to the variation that for the expression "Sarpanch", "Up-Sarpanch" and " Panchayat" the expressions "Pradhan", "Up-Pradhan and "Panchayat Samiti" shall respectively be substituted.][Substituted by Section 39 of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj.
