Section 7(1) in The U.P. Subordinate Forest (Rangers, Deputy Rangers and Foresters) Service Rules, 1951
(1)No person shall be recruited to the service under the provisions of Rule 5 (a) (2) unless he has attained the age of 19 years and has not attained the age of 21 years on August 31 of the year in which selection is made for admission to the Ranger's Course at the college.
