Section 19 in The Jammu and Kashmir Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Act, 2002
19. Colleges.
- The Colleges shall be such, as may, after the commencement of this Act, be started by the Council or trust and recognised by the Executive Council in accordance with this Act.
