Section 21(1) in Tamil Nadu Business Facilitation Act, 2018
(1)The Government shall, by notification, constitute an MSME District Single Window Committee with the District Collector as the Chairman, Regional Joint Director of Industries and Commerce as the Member Convener in respect of Chennai district, General Manager, District Industries Centre as the Member Convener for other districts with the Competent Authorities concerned and not exceeding two persons from Trade Associations, Chambers of Commerce and Technical Experts as members, as may be prescribed.
