Section 57A in The Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region and Kutch) Area Act, 1958
57A. Definition.
- In this Chapter, unless the context requires otherwise "landlord" means a landlord who is, or has ceased to be, a serving member of the armed forces; and in relation to the land of a landlord who is dead, includes his widow, son, sons son, unmarried daughter, father or mother.
