Section 39(1)(a) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005

(a)Every establishment employing fifty or more building worker shall prepare a written statement of policy in respect of safety and health of building workers and submit the same for the approval of the Chief Inspector;
