1. The learned Counsel for the Parties submit that in view of the Affidavit dated 18.11.2025 filed on behalf of Defendant No. 1, the Suit may be decreed in terms of the relief sought in Paragraph No. 94(e) of the Plaint.

2. The learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs submits that the Plaintiffs do not press for any other reliefs as sought against the Defendants.

3. In view of the above, the present Suit is decreed in terms of the relief sought in Paragraph No. 94(e) of the Plaint. Let the Decree Sheet be drawn up accordingly.

4. The Suit and all pending Applications stand disposed of.

5. The learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs prays for refund of the Court Fees on the ground that the matter is settled at an initial stage.

6. In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at an early stage, the This is a digitally signed order.
