Section 38(2) in Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019
(2)Any dispute arising between the University and any of the regular employees, shall be referred to the Vice-Chancellor who shall decide the dispute after affording an opportunity to the employee within three months from the date of receipt of its reference.
