Section 45(1) in The State Agricultural Credit Corporations Act, 1968
(1)The Corporation may appoint such officers, advisers and employees as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its function and determine, by regulations or otherwise, their conditions of appointment and service and the remuneration payable to them.
