Section 66(5) in Rajasthan Muslim Wakf Regulations, 1964
(5)In case of default to pay the contribution, the Secretary or any other competent officer with the written permission of the Chairman, shall issue registered notices acknowledgment due positively in first week of June and December against the defaulters. The explanation, if any, received from the defaulters to the notice shall be put up in the next meeting of the Board for decision.
