Section 21(3) in The U.P. Narcotic Drugs Rules, 1986
(3)The fee for warehousing poppy straw shall be Rs. 100 per warehouse per annum per person. In default of payment of fee, the Collector may dispose of the poppy straw warehoused in the manner laid down in Rule 20 (iii) (a), (b), (c), (d) and (f).
