Section 1 in The Gwalior Vyapar Mela Pradhikaran Adhiniyam, 1996
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Gwalior Vyapar Mela Pradhikaran Adhiniyam, 1996.(2)It extends to such area as may from time to time be defined by the State Government by notification as Gwalior Trade Fair area.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
