3. Constitution of the Commission.
(1)The Government shall, by notification, constitute a body to be known as the Tamil Nadu Heritage Commission.(2)The Commission shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property and to contract and shall, by the said name, sue or be sued.
