(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provision, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)manner of notifying model HIV or AIDS policy for the establishments under section 12;(b)any other matter which may be or ought to be prescribed by the Central Government.
