% 13.12.2021 CM No. 36218/2019 (for permission to file additional affidavit) Having heard learned counsels for parties, the Court is of the view that the additional documents, insofar as they relate to the inquiry proceedings, shall not be perused or taken on board since a direction already stands made requiring Ms. Soni, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3, to produce the original record.
Insofar as the other additional documents are concerned, the Court grants time to Ms. Soni, learned counsel, to take instructions and apprise the Court whether the same are admitted.
The application seeking permission shall be taken up for consideration on the next date.
