20. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual
/Physical Mode).
2. Learned counsel for the election petitioner and the learned senior counsel for the respondent are present.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted a memo annexing the copy of an order passed by the Supreme Court of India on dated 01.12.2025 in SLP(C) No.21082 of 2025, wherein, the Apex court has disposed of the said SLP(C) giving liberty to the respondent to agitate his all grievances during the hearing of this election petition.
4. The learned counsel for the election petitioner filed draft issues as well as list of witnesses and documents after serving copies thereof on the learned counsel for the respondent.
