Section 3 in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Energy Obligation) Regulations, 2007
3. Applicability.
- These Regulations will be applicable to the following;(1)Distribution licensee including deemed licensee;(2)Open access consumer;(3)Captive Power Plant of installed capacity 1 MW and above.
