Section 68(2) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(2)Every such contract shall be signed -(a)by the Chairman or a Vice-Chairman and by the Secretary, or(b)by any person or persons empowered under sub-section (2) or sub-section (3) of section 67 to sanction the contract if further and in like manner empowered in this behalf by the Board.
