Section 12 in The Goa Rehabilitation Board Act, 2006
12. Officers and other employees of Board.
(1)The Board shall have a secretary, a Housing Engineer, a Chief Accounts Officer and such other officers and employees as may be necessary for the efficient performance of it's functions.(2)The appointment of the Secretary, Housing Engineer and Chief Accounts Officer shall be made by the Government, and the appointments and other officers and employees shall be made by the Board.
